If any problem arises, please notify us within 7 days for any items. However, if the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, please immediately notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at 0332-6181948 so that we can take immediate action.
Important Information Before Claiming Returns
Customers are required to send the item back to our warehouse after receiving acknowledgment from our customer service. The customer is responsible for sending the item through a traceable delivery method such as courier or registered post, at their own expense, to the following address:
Our Replacement Policy is applicable in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product delivered to you has a defect or issue.
To Successfully Replace Your Product, Please:
- Notify us within the specified time limit.
- Ensure the product is undamaged, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
- Include the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that were included or attached to the product when ordered.
- Ensure none of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, are defaced or marked in any way.
Additional Considerations
- Products without a company warranty have a 07-day checking warranty from A&H Traders.com. However, this warranty does not apply to products with a company warranty.
- Replacement may take up to 5-7 days after inspection by the A&H Traders team.
